Please carefully review all personalization details, including names, spelling, colors, and product selections, before submitting your order. We are not responsible for errors in the information provided by the customer.

Errors With Your Order

If you receive an item with an error caused by us—for example:

• The name was personalized incorrectly and does not match the information submitted with your order.

• You received a different product, color, or personalization from what you ordered.

• Your item arrives damaged or defective.

Please contact our Customer Support team immediately after receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the item so we can review the issue and assist you as quickly as possible.

If the error was made by Cute Baby Accessories, we will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement or resolution.

We cannot offer returns, exchanges, replacements, or refunds for:

• Incorrect names or spelling submitted by the customer.

• Changes of mind after the order has been personalized.

• Incorrect product, size, color, or personalization options selected by the customer.

• Personalized products that were correctly made according to the information provided at checkout.
